Please have all Patient Check-in/Registration forms filled out when you schedule your appointment if you are a new patient. Also, please scan a copy of your health insurance identification card. This applies to in-office and Telehealth(video) visits.* **Please be aware that many insurances have deductibles that must be met before the insurance company makes a payment. You may be required to pay some or all of this deductible upon your visit. We will also verify your insurance benefits upon your arrival to our office** ***Please note that all credit/debit card transactions that are not from an HSA or FSA account will incur a small processing fee. This allows us to slightly offset the high fees imposed by the credit card companies for such transactions.*** Dr. Lipkin was born and raised in Northern New Jersey. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at New York University. He received his medical degree from the Pennsylvania College / Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia. He then completed his residency in foot and ankle surgery at Mt. Sinai Hospital / St. Francis Medical Center in Hartford. Upon completion of his residency in 1996, he began practicing in Baltimore, and relocated to New Jersey in November 1998. Dr. Lipkin has office hours in Hoboken and Green Brook.
