This provider’s Primary Supervising Physician is Jared Wishik MD. Monica Horinko, PA-C, was born and raised in Northern Virginia and completed her undergraduate studies at Virginia Tech, where she studied Human Nutrition, Foods and Exercise with a minor in Spanish. Prior to pursuing a career as a Physician Assistant, she worked as a Medical Assistant in dermatology for over two years, where she discovered her passion for the specialty. Monica earned her Master of Health Science degree from the Drexel University Physician Assistant Program in Philadelphia. She began her career in cosmetic dermatology, where she developed a strong foundation in aesthetic treatments and patient care.

Monica is excited to return to general dermatology, where she can continue to provide high-quality care and help patients maintain their confidence and health through both medical and cosmetic dermatology. In addition, Monica is a proud SDPA Member and Diplomat Fellow, further demonstrating her commitment to advancing her expertise in the field.
