Meet Carolina Szlufman, RDN, RD – Registered Dietitian in Florida

Carolina Szlufman is a compassionate and experienced Registered Dietitian in Florida, originally from Argentina and raised in Miami. She earned her Dietetics degree from the [University of Florida] “University of Florida Dietetics Program” and completed her dietetic internship at the renowned [NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital]”NewYork-Presbyterian Dietetic Internship” – dofollow), where she developed a strong foundation in clinical nutrition.

Through a competitive fellowship in the Medical ICU, Carolina discovered her passion for critical care nutrition, which she now blends with an approachable, patient-centred style. She focuses on realistic nutrition education, helping clients navigate everything from complex health conditions to improving their everyday relationship with food.
