Elise is a dietitian who focuses on using realistic approaches to help you improve your health through nutrition, exercise, and other lifestyle practices. She earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nutrition from The University of Arizona. Elise knew she wanted to become a dietitian after witnessing several of her own loved ones endure health consequences due to their eating patterns. Her ultimate goal is to help you learn how to eat to support your health in a fun and inspiring way. What to Expect During the first session, Elise will spend the majority of the time getting to know you, your current lifestyle, medical history, food preferences, and your short- and long-term goals. Learning about you will help Elise collaborate with you to develop a customized nutrition plan that is realistic, attainable, and most importantly, enjoyable. Approach to Care Her approach to nutrition is holistic and client-centered. She takes the time to fully understand your unique lifestyle, preferences, and challenges to create a realistic nutrition plan together as a team. She believes in the power of using high-quality, nutrient-dense foods to support all aspects of your health and wellbeing. Elise loves weightlifting, attending challenging workout classes, testing out new recipes, hanging out with friends, and trying different restaurants in Arizona.
