Born and raised on the Treasure Coast, Katherine “Katie” Atwood enjoys serving the community that has been her home. She earned a bachelor’s degree in biology with honours from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, followed by a master’s degree in medicine from Mississippi College in Clinton, Mississippi. As a certified physician assistant, Katie champions regular skin exams to detect the resulting consequences of too much sun exposure. In her non-working moments, Katie enjoys family time, horseback riding, travelling, boating and fishing. This provider’s Primary Supervising Physician is Theodore Andrew Schiff.
