Dr. Yigal Samocha, MD

Each patient will first meet with either Dr. Samocha’s Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in preparation for the visit with the doctor.

Dr. Yigal Samocha is a board-certified orthopedic spine surgeon with a distinguished career dedicated to advanced spinal care and surgical innovation. Currently serving as a spine surgeon at Neuro Ortho NYC. He previously held a position at Westchester Medical Center and as Assistant Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at New York Medical College, Dr. Samocha has earned recognition for his expertise in complex spine procedures and leadership in orthopedic education. He also served as Medical Director of the Soft Tissue and Bone Bank at Mid-Hudson Regional Hospital and chaired the Clinical Competency Committee for the orthopedic residency program, reflecting his commitment to clinical excellence and training the next generation of surgeons
