Adam Kays, PT, DPT, is a residency-trained MovementX physical therapist who specializes in orthopedic care, sports medicine, and complex spine conditions. Adam’s approach is rooted in movement-based analysis, manual therapy, and strength and conditioning. He’s passionate about empowering his patients through education, helping them build confidence to return to their favorite activities.

Known for his success in treating patients who have not responded to other conservative treatments, Adam’s commitment to delivering personalized, one-on-one care ensures faster recovery and long-term results. After years of working in large physical therapy practices, Adam joined MovementX to offer a more patient-focused experience. With no crowded clinics or insurance barriers, Adam provides truly individualized treatment in the comfort of your home, office, or gym. He specializes in treating conditions such as back and neck pain, shoulder injuries, ACL tears, headaches, and post-operative rehabilitation for surgeries like total joint replacements and spine fusions.

When he’s not treating patients, Adam enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, rock climbing, and snowboarding. He’s a passionate Indianapolis Colts fan and loves playing sand volleyball. Adam is currently accepting patients in Noblesville and surrounding areas for in-home or teletherapy sessions
