This Provider is Not Licensed in the states of CT, HI, IN, MA, NY, OK, OR, P A, TX, VT, WA, HI! I am a licensed dietitian nutritionist with an integrative approach in which I apply evidence-based nutrition science to support the body as a whole, instead of treating a single symptom. I have my Master’s Degree in Human Nutrition from Winthrop University, and I am also a certified LEAP (lifestyle, eating and performance) therapist dietitian, which means I’ve been trained to design and supervise custom elimination diets for food sensitivities. My practice focus areas include: food allergies and sensitivities, general nutrition and weight loss, gastrointestinal (GI) conditions such as IBS and IBD, gut health, sports nutrition, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and diabetes. I am also a certified personal trainer and have competed in the CrossFit Games, so when I am not helping others with their nutrition, you can find me in the gym training or at home cooking and mobilizing/recovering! My mission is to help others eat with intention and choose foods that will repair, nourish and support every cell in their body so that food can be as it is intended to be – a nourishment rather than a detriment to health and performance.
