Bilingual Dietitian California Noemy Jorge, RD, MS, brings over 12 years of inclusive, evidence-based experience helping diverse populations achieve better health through culturally informed nutrition care. A proud Dominican-American, Noemy is fluent in Spanish and deeply passionate about serving multicultural communities across California and beyond.
Noemy holds both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nutrition from Lehman College, part of the City University of New York. She completed her dietetic internship at the Departamento de Salud PR and has since built an impressive clinical and community-based portfolio. As a Clinical Nutrition Manager at New York Eye & Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai, she specialized in post-operative nutrition for transgender patients. She previously provided long-term care for individuals with HIV/AIDS.
Currently, she offers community nutrition services to nonprofits—including Head Start Programs and Senior Centers—as well as virtual consultations and educational workshops. Noemy’s approach centers on intuitive eating, mindful nutrition, and embracing cultural foods to dismantle diet culture and foster sustainable habits.
