Description
Good mental health is an everyday need. I help people see how their thoughts and actions can get in the way of feeling their best. Patients come for support with anxiety, addictive behaviour, depression, difficult life events, and for a deeper understanding of how to live well.
I work from an integrated approach that includes cognitive behavioural and brief therapy, with a focus on mindfulness. I earned my PsyD from William James College and completed a fellowship at Harvard University, along with an internship at The Cambridge Hospital. I also hold a master’s degree from Boston University. As a therapist, I am open, honest, challenging, and non-judgmental.
Working together, you will learn meaningful, practical skills and expand your natural capacities to thrive.
