Dr. Szymanski completed his undergraduate education at West Virginia University, where he earned a degree in exercise physiology. He later graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose, California. During his time there, he received honours in clinical excellence and cervical spine manipulation. Dr. Szymanski performed his residency at Santa Cruz Chiropractic and Sports Medicine in Santa Cruz, California. Throughout the next several years, Dr. Szymanski worked in a variety of clinical settings. He also opened a solo practice, where he specialized in sports injuries and nutrition. Dr. Szymanski has served as a member of the chiropractic staff for the New York City Marathon. Dr. Szymanski has certification in sports taping with the Kinesio Taping Association, and he has pursued postgraduate certifications in clinical and sports nutrition. He currently has 50 hours of continuing education in chiropractic nutrition through Standard Process and Metagenics.
