Dr. Billy Abungu is an internist at Century Medical and Dental Center. He is fluent in English and Swahili, which enables him to welcome adult patients from varied cultural backgrounds.

Dr. Abungu can diagnose and treat issues like hypertension, sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), diabetes, and urinary tract infections. During consultations, he explains patients’ conditions and prepares individualized treatment plans. Besides that, he also conducts general follow-ups, annual physical exams, blood work, and pre-surgery checkups.

Dr. Abungu builds long-term relationships with his patients to ensure they have continued access to healthcare services and enjoy a good quality of life. Before beginning to practice, he earned his medical degree from Howard University.
