Dr. Bogaev is a Board-Certified neurosurgeon in San Antonio, specializing in skull base intracranial surgery. He is affiliated with Methodist Stone Oak Hospital, as well as Methodist Hospital in San Antonio, and has provided neurosurgical care to patients for over two decades. Dr. Bogaev attended the University of Virginia School of Medicine, followed by an Internship and Residency. He is accredited by the American Board of Neurological Surgery, an esteemed Fellow of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, and recipient of the Top Doctor’s in southeast Texas award from Castle Connelly. Dr. Bogaev currently acts as a member of several medical associations including the Congress of Neurological Surgeons and American College of Surgeons. He is published and has presented material on the aesthetic considerations of cranial surgery for the medical community. Providing patients with minimal and often undetectable scars is one of his priorities as a surgeon.
