Dr LaCross is originally from New Hampshire, trained undergrad and medical school at Tufts University in Boston, MA. Thereafter, he went to Tulane to complete his residency in internal medicine in New Orleans. He has extensive research into HIV, starting at Tufts (regarding cardiovascular disease risk in female patients pre- and post menopause onset about specific HIV medications) and continued at Tulane (regarding barriers to HIV care and stigma related to such in rural Louisiana). He has significant experience in LGBTQA+ healthcare issues, HIV, infectious disease/men’s health, erectile dysfunction treatment, hormone imbalances/management/optimization and trans health and transitioning, aesthetics, complementary medicine (herbal therapies, naturopathic, functional medicine) and compounded peptides (ex: ozempic for weight loss, growth hormone releasing hormone for vitality, skin elasticity, endurance, energy, etc), and libido management. He especially enjoys the blending of eastern and western medicine to create a holistic approach to medicine, not just dictated by big Pharma and the “newest drug” or that a drug is always needed (there is not a pill for everything,g, despite us loving easy fixes!).
