Dr. Hetal Sojitra earned her Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda (M.S. University) in India. She further advanced her education in the U.S., obtaining her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Utica University. Dr. Sojitra has been practicing as a Physical Therapist in the U.S. for over 10 years, gaining extensive experience in hospitals, rehabilitation centers, nursing homes, and outpatient clinics. For the past 8 years, she has focused on outpatient care, treating patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, post-surgical, orthopedic, and sports injuries. Dr. Sojitra incorporates the McKenzie approach in her treatments to benefit patients with spine disorders. She also utilizes Maitland spinal mobilization and other manual therapy techniques.

Committed to helping patients heal and achieve lifelong wellness, she prides herself on excellent communication skills that put patients at ease. She stays current in her field by attending seminars, events, and earning certifications, ensuring she provides the most up-to-date, evidence-based care. Dr. Sojitra holds licenses to practice in both New York and New Jersey.
