Description
I’m a licensed psychologist with over a decade of clinical experience, specializing in trauma, substance use, anxiety, depression, and psychedelic integration. I earned my PhD in Psychology from The New School and completed a post-doctoral fellowship at New York University. I also hold a bachelor’s degree from New College of Florida.
I co-founded Fluence, a psychedelic therapy training company, and have trained thousands of clinicians while serving as site co-principal investigator in FDA clinical trials of MDMA-assisted therapy for PTSD. My work bridges cutting-edge research with compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapy. I work best with adults navigating complex emotional landscapes—whether recovering from trauma, exploring the potential of psychedelics, managing addiction, or seeking balance in high-stress careers. Many of my clients are professionals, creatives, or globally mobile individuals facing unique identity and life transitions. My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in trust. I integrate relational, mindfulness-based, and harm reduction practices tailored to each individual.
I believe healing unfolds when we’re supported in connecting with our natural capacity for growth. Therapy with me offers a space to reflect, recalibrate, and move toward a more meaningful and satisfying life.
