Dr. Charochak is not contracted with Medicare, AHCCS or any Government insurance plans.  Dr. Charochak’s practice puts the patient first. Primary care/Family practice and Motor Vehicle Accidents are the cornerstone of the practice, and most general health conditions can be addressed and managed accordingly. We perform spinal manipulation when indicated as part of the osteopathic theory of practice and for most spinal conditions. Other important facets of the practice include addiction therapy, work-related injuries and sports-related injuries. Dr. Charochak attended the Western University of Health Sciences and is a member of the American Academy of Pain Management. His approach to patient care is with an insightful attitude, caring disposition and desire to help, and, above all, to treat his patients with respect and as if they are a member of his family.

Dr. Charochak enjoys sports, such as basketball and football, travelling, and meeting new people. Family is the most important aspect of his life, and he counts his dependable staff as a second family to him.
