Dr. Foley commenced his education with a bachelor’s degree from Colorado College. He then went to medical school at New York Medical College. He later pursued a residency in orthopedic surgery at the State University of New York, Downstate Medical Center. He decided to specialize in hand surgery and completed fellowship training in the subject at Mount Sinai Beth Israel.
