Dr. Juan Carlos Robles joined Atlantic Orthopedics & Sports Medicine in the summer of 2022 as a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation/Physiatry specialist.
Dr. Robles earned his medical degree from the New York Medical College/Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara School of Medicine and completed his internship at San Juan Bautista Medical Center in Puerto Rico. He completed residency at New York University Langone Medical Center – Rusk Institute of Rehabilitation, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and a fellowship at New York University Langone Medical Center – Hospital for Joint Diseases. With interests in science and the human body, becoming a doctor was a natural fit for Dr. Robles.
A friend encouraged him to pursue medicine so he could directly impact people’s health. He believes that being a good listener goes a long way to helping his patients find relief for musculoskeletal pain. In his free time, Dr. Robles enjoys drawing, photography, yoga and spending time with his wife and children.
