Description
Regardless of your reason for seeking therapy, you deserve a compassionate therapist focused on your health and well-being. Prior to joining the Flatiron Center, I worked in a variety of settings ranging from hospital outpatient clinics to university counseling centers. I’ve treated individuals across the adult lifespan, from adolescence through mature adulthood, with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, personality and identity development, life transitions, substance use, chronic illness, and more. I have also consulted on the development of various mobile applications that emphasize the complex relationships between individuals, groups, and technology. In therapy, I use a client-centered, insight-oriented approach to explore your unique internal world and individual identities, and to delve into the life experiences that have shaped who you are today. I hold a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Fielding Graduate University, a Master’s in General Psychology from New York University, and a Bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at New Paltz.
