Description
Marc Edward Garrido is a physical therapist with extensive experience in orthopedic and sports injury rehabilitation.
He earned his bachelor’s degree from Wesleyan University Philippines and later completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Arcadia University, graduating with Distinction. His strong academic background equips him with advanced clinical reasoning and an evidence-based approach to patient care. With his experience in treating a wide range of orthopedic conditions, he helps patients restore mobility, strength, and confidence in their daily lives. He also works closely with athletes, designing personalized rehabilitation programs to ensure a safe and efficient return to sport. His approach emphasizes injury prevention, strength optimization, and long-term recovery strategies. He utilizes a combination of different manual therapy techniques, kinesiotaping, and dry cupping, alongside targeted therapeutic exercises to optimize patient recovery. As an active member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), he is currently pursuing the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification to further enhance his expertise in performance-based rehabilitation. In his free time, Marc loves to go to different cafes, travel, and work out.
