Dr. Shanahan graduated cum laude from the Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine with her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. She has volunteered her time and skills to smile at Kids and the Veterans Day clinics in Alton, IL. She is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and enjoys video games, cooking, and art in her spare time
