1. Adherence to all American Dental Association (ADA), Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and World Health Organization (WHO) recommendations for office sterilization and transmission risk mitigation. 2. We have overhauled our office space in order to provide automated hand sanitization stations throughout our treatment rooms, outside of the office, as well as in our waiting area. 3. To help individuals maintain social distancing, we’ve also installed plexiglass dividers between seating spaces in our waiting area and at the front desk for the safety of our staff and patients. 4. We will be staggering patients and their appointments for the time being to ensure there’s a limited number of individuals in the waiting area at any given time. 5. All staff and patients are required to wear masks in all areas outside of the treatment rooms to reduce airborne viral spreading, and we are also implementing new strategies within the treatment rooms themselves to reduce aerosol production within those close-quarter spaces. 6. Our treatment rooms and air filtration systems are also being sterilized with UV light systems between procedures, on top of our existing sterilization tactics, to further ensure the cleanliness and safety of our surfaces and air quality for our patients. 7. Patients will be required to fill out a Covid-19 questionnaire before their appointments are confirmed to maintain transparency for the sake of our staff and other patients. 8. Finally, temperatures will be taken by use of a no-contact infrared thermometer for all employees daily and for all patients before their treatment.
