Dr. Duggan treats patients with significant spinal issues, including herniated discs, pinched nerves, stenosis, and arthritis. He succeeds in treating the most difficult cases and is instrumental in helping prevent spinal surgery. Dr. Duggan has lectured extensively and made numerous TV appearances on sports and spinal injuries. He has presented at the NYU School of Medicine Comprehensive Spine Course as guest faculty.

He has been appointed to the medical staff for The Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii; Medical Captain for The NYC Marathon and Manhattan Classic Gymnastic Competitions. Dr. Duggan has helped many athletes prepare for Olympic trials, Olympic games, World Marathon Majors, Ironman competitions, Ultra-marathons, and Spartan races. He understands the demands the athlete puts on their body and is an expert at helping competitors get to the starting line healthy and the finish line with a PR.
