Description
Dr. Ronald Cox is an allergist treating patients in the Austin and greater Texas areas. In addition to his private practice, he has served as an allergist for the U.S. Air Force. He holds certification from the American Board of Allergy and Immunology and is a member of professional organizations including the Joint Council of Asthma, Allergy, and Immunology and the American College of Asthma, Allergy, and Immunology. For his undergraduate degree, Dr. Cox attended Sterling College in Kansas, graduating cum laude. He pursued his medical degree at the University of Kansas School Of Medicine. At Mt. Carmel Medical Center, Dr. Cox completed both an internship in general surgery and a residency program focused on the study of medicine. He followed these programs with two fellowships at the Willford Hall Medical Center, where he specialized in immunology. Patients visiting Dr. Cox can receive a full range of care for allergy and immunological issues. He provides general allergy consultations and treatment for specific issues and illnesses. When he is not treating patients, Dr. Cox enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, taking in the outdoor lifestyle Austin has to offer
