Description
I started my career as head of campus counselling for a New York university, where I developed deep expertise in the treatment of young adults while also teaching psychology. I earned my PhD in Counselling Psychology from the University at Albany, which laid a strong foundation for my clinical work.
For the past decade, I have been working as a psychologist in a private practice setting, specializing in patients suffering from anxiety disorders, depression, and OCD. I am adept at working with both couples and individuals. My therapeutic approach is best described as integrative. I primarily use CBT, combined with a large amount of client-centred therapy. My goal is to build a unique client model tailored to each person I work with.
