Shelby is a women’s pelvic floor physical therapist, providing treatment in your home. There is no physical location for this practice, it is concierge only. She does not take insurance and can provide you with a super bill to submit to your insurance company to ask for reimbursement. She treats a variety of diagnoses, including: Pelvic pain, sensitivity, pain with sex, painful periods; Endometriosis; Constipation; Incontinence (urinary and rectal); Bladder health, bladder pain (including interstitial cystitis); Prolapse (vaginal and rectal); Hip & lumbar pain; Pregnancy care (perinatal, postpartum, cesarean section, return to activity); Cupping therapies. She keeps approximately 25% of her caseload open for anyone with general orthopedic injuries (knee pain, etc.).
