In life, one must be in good health. In your opinion, what should be the role of a primary care provider for a patient, taking into account both physical health and behavioural health needs? All aspects of a patient, including their mental and physical health, tie into quality of life. I like to improve the quality of my patients’ lives to provide the basis for them to thrive. Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time?

I love to work out in my spare time. I enjoy eating, napping and binge-watching Netflix with my husband.
