Vikas Patel, M.D., is a Board Certified Neurologist and Neuroendovascular surgeon in New York with over 10 years of experience in general neurology, neuroradiology, and cerebrovascular disease. Dr Patel is a highly experienced Neurologist who treats patients for general neurological problems such as headaches, migraines, dizziness, back pain, and numbness. As a neuroendovascular surgeon, he manages and treats complex neurologic lesions such as stroke, intracranial aneurysms, and arteriovenous malformations, among others.

Dr Patel is seeing patients from 19 years old onward. Your upcoming encounter at Medical Arts clinics will consist of two visits: – Initial Evaluation is usually done by Dr Patel’s staff Physician. During this visit, we will conduct procedures and diagnostic tests, as necessary, such as EEG, EMG, Vascular and General Ultrasound Studies, EVOX, MRI, CT scan, etc., to create underlying diagnostics and data for a proper treatment plan. Dr Patel’s state-of-the-art office technology enables patients to do all diagnostics on-site, and most can be done during the first visit. If needed, the Doctor will perform “STAT” / “Wet” (immediate) reading. -Neurological Consultation is performed by Neurologist, Dr Patel, where he will evaluate all diagnostics and data to create a meaningful treatment plan.
