Dr. Gotlieb earned his medical degree from I. Ya. Horbachevsky Ternopil State Medical University. He completed his internship at Flushing Hospital Medical Center, followed by residency in internal medicine and a hematology-oncology fellowship at Brooklyn Hospital Center.
