Hi! I’m Yeon Kim, a board-certified Physician Assistant with a Certificate of Added Qualification in Psychiatry.
My journey in mental health began during the pandemic while I was working in primary care—a time that fueled my passion for psychiatry. I earned my Doctor of Medical Science with a concentration in Psychiatry from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions, as well as a Master of Medical Science and Public Health from Arcadia University. My experiences have shaped a holistic approach to care, working across diverse settings—from Crisis Centers to Inpatient Behavioural Units and Outpatient Clinics, including telemedicine—
has deepened my commitment to connecting with patients on a personal level. I believe that every person deserves compassionate, tailored care, and I strive to bring that warmth and dedication to every interaction.
