Description
Jessica Bas has been in the medical field since 2000 and received her master’s degree from Walden University. She began to dive into medicine as a medical assistant for 6 years before going back to school to pursue a higher level of education. She has been a registered nurse since 2007, when she began on the medical-surgical floors of Temple University Hospital. Over the years, she has been in many fields of nursing, including case management, cardiac units, nursing supervisor, vascular access, and the emergency department. Her passions have been endocrinology and gastrointestinal,l mainly due to family members having issues with those systems and giving patients the care that she would require for her loved ones. She is board-certified as well as trauma-certified. She currently resides in Southern Delaware with her significant other and their animals.
She has 2 grown children and 3 grandchildren. During her downtime, she enjoys various activities such as travelling with her daughter. Hiking, camping, reading and working out stress on her Peloton.
