Description
I have been working in the relationship space as a mental health professional for several years. Starting off my career as a registered nurse, my hidden pursuit of being a lifelong learner has propelled me to further my education and become a triple board-certified advanced practice nurse with two specialties in family practice and psychiatry/mental health. The beauty of nursing is that it is filled with vast opportunities that allowed me to explore myself, self-actualize, and decide the career path and life’s work that was best for me.
MY JOURNEY After working in many traditional nursing roles, I ventured off into working in the pharmaceutical industry to become an aesthetic nurse injector. I did just that for several years, and it wound up being severely unfulfilling. However, the initial intent there was to help people feel better about themselves. This led to my transition into mental health. DISCLAIMER & FUN FACTS I have worked with and studied from some of the most innovative coaches and therapists in the country, and continue to incorporate new knowledge and innovations into my practice with my clients. It is important to note that relationship expertise does not equate perfection. We all make mistakes. We all need to grow. And we all have things to work on and repair. And importantly, like everyone else, I am a human being experiencing many of the things my clients are in my own life. This is why I conscientiously work on my development in order to achieve the best outcomes for myself, and I am passionate about doing the same for those working with me. When I am not working to help serve my clients and patients, I enjoys all the fall festivities, my teacup chihuahua Autumn, and I am a reality tv junkie
