Jordan Shankle, a board-certified Physician Assistant, is excited to join the practice and is dedicated to helping patients achieve and maintain their healthcare goals. As part of the Manhattan Center for Headache and Neurology, she is mentored by Audrey Halpern, MD, to diagnose and provide treatment options for a variety of neurological disorders.
Jordan completed her Bachelor of Science in Public Health with a concentration in Health Studies and a Minor in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. After completing her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Stony Brook University, she proudly joined the U.S Navy. During her career as a Naval Lieutenant, she provided exceptional health care at Stateside Naval Hospitals and during overseas operations. She specializes in Family Medicine, Urgent Care and Combat Medicine. During her military service she has been awarded the esteemed Navy Commendation Medal, Fleet Marine Force Officer Medal and Humanitarian Award.
Jordan enjoys developing satisfactory patient rapport and has a deep commitment to providing efficient, high-quality, personalized care. She closely follows Dr. Halpern’s model of concierge-style medicine. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and is an avid volunteer for the American Red Cross.
