I am a relational style therapist who believes relationships and how connected we feel to other people really impact our well-being. I also believe that we all have unique backgrounds that should be taken into consideration especially when discussing concerns in therapy. I have a passion for social justice advocacy and believe clients’ identities and the systems we live in can significantly impact their lives. As a therapist, I try my best to make work we do feel empowering for clients.
