Shelley Padgett is a warm and compassionate psychiatric provider with over 20 years of nursing experience. She earned her Master’s in Nursing from the University of Alabama, Birmingham. Her approach to treatment follows a holistic model that combines talk therapy and medication as needed. Shelley enjoys getting to know her patients on a personal level and creates a space that is safe and free of judgment. Down to earth and empathetic, she forms meaningful connections with her patients. Shelley is highly skilled in psychopharmacology and specializes in the treatment of mood and anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, PTSD, sleep disorders, and ADHD.
