Erika brings over 3 years of hands-on experience working with collegiate athletes, giving her deep insight into how nutrition affects performance, energy, and recovery. A lifelong sports enthusiast who grew up in a Boston sports-loving family, Erika developed an early interest in nutrition while training as a competitive dancer. Struggling with body image and confusion about how to properly fuel her body, she turned her personal challenge into a powerful professional purpose.
Erika earned her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the University of New Hampshire, then went on to complete her Master of Science in Exercise Physiology and Sports Nutrition at Florida State University. She also completed her Dietetic Internship at FSU, training in diverse settings including a collegiate athletics department, an eating disorder center, and a hospital during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Today, as a certified sports dietitian in California, Erika helps clients with a wide range of goals—from performance nutrition and body composition to recovery from disordered eating, weight management, and general health and wellness.
