Tom Nevar is a graduate of the State University of New York at Stony Brook, where he earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy. Tom originally became interested in a physical therapy career after seeing the positive impact physical therapy had on his mother, helping her return to pain-free functioning through a variety of ailments. He is an enthusiastic physical therapist who prides himself on delivering exceptional patient-centred care day in and day out. He believes that positivity is a vital aspect of helping clients on their path to recovery, both mentally and physically. Tom has a special interest in optimizing golfing ability, along with injury risk prevention and reduction in these individuals. When not treating patients, Tom enjoys time in the gym, socializing with friends and family, and cheering on his favourite team, the Buckeyes!
