Description
Whether you’re seeking support with identity, relationships, or life transitions, I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment for healing and empowerment. My therapeutic style is warm, welcoming, and deeply person-centered, ensuring that each individual feels seen, heard, and valued. I take an eclectic approach, blending various therapeutic techniques to meet the unique needs of each person, with a special interest in working with the LGBTQ+ community, adolescents, and women. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Columbia University, which has equipped me with a strong foundation to support diverse clients effectively. With a strong focus on building authentic, collaborative relationships, I aim to create a safe space where clients can explore their experiences, foster self-acceptance, and work toward meaningful growth.
