Abby Ridgeway is a Mental Health Counselor with a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from City University of New York, City College. She appreciates the complexities of the individuals and families she works with. She often pairs these approaches with mindfulness techniques stemming from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Horticultural Therapy (HT). She has experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, parenting, phobias, intimate partner and family violence, chronic illness, identity exploration, grief and bereavement, and climate/eco-anxiety.
