Adam Schaffner, MD, FACS, is a triple board-certified, double fellowship-trained plastic and facial plastic surgeon based in Manhattan, New York. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from Rush University and completed his internship in General Surgery at Stony Brook University Medical Center.
Dr. Schaffner then completed residencies in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery and in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Stony Brook University Medical Center and Wayne State University, respectively. Dr. Schaffner is a diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery, the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and the American Board of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery. He is also an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, the American College of Surgeons, and the American Medical Association.
