Dr. Irina Abramova is a board-certified podiatrist. Dr. Abramova obtained her Bachelor of Arts and Science, from New York State University in Binghamton NY, where she graduated with high honors.

During her early school years and college Dr. Abramova played tennis and continued to work as a tennis instructor after college, where she was introduced to tennis injuries and foot and ankle problems. Dr. Abramova went on to pursue a career in medicine, attending the New York College of Podiatric Medicine, where she was awarded academic scholastic awards and merit-based scholarships. Afterwards, Dr. Abramova completed her foot and ankle reconstructive residency from Northwell Health Hospitals, where she was awarded best podiatric and internal medicine resident two consecutive years. Having a passion for science and medicine, she pursued further education, completing a fellowship program in wound care and tissue healing from St. John’s Episopal Hospital, becoming certified in Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.

Dr Abramova is a strong believer in giving back to the community – having organized fundraisers thru walk-a-thons during Covid pandemic. Dr. Abramova is currently accepting both pediatric and adult patients and looks forward to meeting you soon!
