Description
Dr. Sansone sees patients of all ages and abilities, including pediatric, geriatric, and athletes. He treats problems of the foot and ankle such as bunion deformities, flatfoot deformities, plantar fasciitis/tendinitis, hammertoe, neuroma, diabetic feet, sports injuries, and wound care. He has special expertise in foot surgery and custom foot orthoses. Dr. Sansone strives for good patient communication, which includes explaining the diagnosis and outlining a treatment plan with both conservative and surgical treatment options. He earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine and completed his residency at the Veterans Affairs New York Harbor Healthcare System. Dr. Sansone enjoys working out, skiing, basketball, swimming, and table tennis. He is an avid fan of movies, rock music and concerts, and has been a longtime Yankees fan
