Dr. Saul Rodriguez is a highly trained Podiatrist in New Jersey, known for his patient-first approach and surgical expertise. A native of North New Jersey, he earned his Bachelor’s degree from Seton Hall University and his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. He completed his residency at University Hospital, with intensive training in trauma and reconstructive foot and ankle surgery.
Dr. Rodriguez has assisted in hundreds of surgeries at top hospitals like Hackensack, Holy Name, and St. Joseph’s, and was named Academic Chief Resident during his final year. He’s also a published author in the Journal of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and is deeply committed to advancing the profession through teaching and research.
His clinical philosophy centers on understanding the cause of foot and ankle issues and providing a spectrum of evidence-based treatments, always involving patients in the decision-making process. Whether managing complex trauma or chronic pain, Dr. Rodriguez delivers compassionate, personalized care.
He currently performs surgeries at Hackensack Hospital and Holy Name, and takes trauma call at University Hospital, where he mentors young surgeons. Outside of work, he enjoys travelling with his fiancée.
