Dr. Mithun Sivadasan is a board-certified podiatrist practicing in New Jersey. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and the American Board of Wound Management, as well as an Associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery. Dr. Sivadasan earned his Bachelor of Science in Integrative Neuroscience from Binghamton University. He then attended Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, PA, where he received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree. Following graduation, he completed a Residency in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery with added credentials in Reconstructive Rearfoot/Ankle Surgery at Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, NY. During his residency, he trained across multiple departments within the large academic institution, including Podiatric Surgery, Foot and Ankle Orthopedic Surgery, and Pediatric Orthopaedic Surgery. He has received training in diverse and innovative conservative and surgical treatment options, including extracorporeal shock wave therapy, minimally invasive bunion surgery, and Botox for hyperhidrosis. Dr. Sivadasan’s special interests include diabetic foot care, wound care, sports medicine, and reconstructive foot surgery.
