M. Tarek Orfaly is a mindful and engaged ear, nose, and throat doctor in Alexandria, VA. Dr. Orfaly earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Kentucky. He completed his internship and residency in Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Texas, Southwestern.

Dr. Orfaly is a part of Metropolitan ENT and is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology. He is a member of the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.
