Erin Berry, NP, is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping individuals live their lives more fully and authentically. Growing up in a small town in southern Illinois, Erin developed a deep interest in understanding the mind and family relationship dynamics, particularly influenced by a family member with serious mental illness.

This early exposure inspired her to delve into the field of psychology and later into nursing, driven by a passion for caring for others. Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Eastern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana University-Purdue University. She furthered her expertise with a Master of Science in Nursing from Wayne State University. Her educational journey has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of human behaviour and a strong foundation in mental health care.

Erin believes in building compassionate, caring, and supportive relationships with her clients. She emphasizes the importance of living authentically and aims to empower her clients to find purpose and joy in their lives. Utilizing skills from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and concepts from Internal Family Systems, Erin provides her clients with the tools and insights needed to navigate their challenges and improve their interpersonal relationships.
