Description
Ms. Glenda Ybarra is a compassionate adult psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner. She earned her Master’s in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from West Coast University – Miami, following her Bachelor’s and Associate’s degrees from Miami Dade College. She currently works at South Florida Psychiatry, serving the people of Florida. Patients visit Ms. Ybarra for various reasons, including anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorders. She also provides mental health consultations, psychiatry follow-ups, medication reviews and management, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) counseling. Ms. Ybarra creates a safe and secure environment for her patients to express themselves freely. She recognizes the unique circumstances of each case and adapts her recommendations and treatment options accordingly.
