Jacqueline Velez is a board-certified adult-gerontology primary care nurse practitioner. She completed her Bachelor of Science at Fairfield University and then earned a Master of Science in Nursing Education at Western Governors University. She then completed a post-master’s certificate program at Western Connecticut University, obtaining her adult-gerontology primary care nurse practitioner certificate.

Later, she completed the year-long residency program with the Connecticut Veterans Administration nurse practitioner primary care residency program.

Jacqueline has extensive, 13-year experience as a registered nurse in an acute and critical care hospital setting.
