Description
As a relational therapist, my approach to psychotherapy is oriented around the idea that mutually satisfying relationships with others are essential for emotional well-being. This will play out in our session often through experiential work, where we can explore triggers in a safe and contained space, always from a space of curiosity rather than judgment. I am a warm, empathetic and reflective listener who prioritizes understanding your world view and how you process your own experience. With over ten years of serving individuals and families, I understand the importance of moving at your own pace to uncover your most vulnerable parts.
Together, we can develop greater insight into your patterns that are no longer serving your current and future self. Through reflective processing, staying curious and compassionate rather than shaming or judgmental, we can lay the foundation for insight-oriented work; the first step in becoming emotionally unstuck and finding true behavioural change.
